Description

The lab experiments are connected to the theoretical background of BENA2017. The students will do experiments on growth factor signaling and membrane traffic using microscopy and biochemical measurements.


Learning outcomes

After completing this course, the student should be able to

  • understand basics of cell culture and sterile work.
  • culture cells for an experiment.
  • use light and fluorescence microscopes.
  • after completing the experiments, understand connections between vesicular transport and cell signaling.
