Description

Yhteiskuntatieteellisen elintarviketutkimuksen keskeiset osa-alueet (tuotanto, jalostus, jakelu ja kulutus) ja käsitteet (ruokapolitiikka, ruokasuvereniteetti ja ruokaturva).

Learning outcomes

Opintojakson suoritettuaan opiskelija tuntee globaalin elintarvikejärjestelmän käsitteen ja ymmärtää sen osien toiminnan sosioekonomiset vaikutukset sekä globaalilla että kansallisella tasolla.
