  • understands the fundamentals of benefits from training at high-altitude in sport coaching

  • understands the applications of training and competition  in cold and hot environments

  • knows the importance of nutritional counseling in coaching

  • knows the fundamentals of sport psychology in sport coaching

  • understands the special considerations of team and individual sport coaching

  • knows modern match analysis methodology and applications

  • gains a deeper understanding of the ethics of sport coaching and fitness testing
