An optional internship supplementing other studies in the social work degree programme
Description
The student builds up her/his capacities and deepens her/his skills in professionally demanding work with social work service users. The minimum duration of the internship is one month.
Learning outcomes
The student enhances her/his capacities and research based command of professionally demanding social work with service users.
Additional information
The supplementary internship can be done only once per degree programme either in Finland or abroad and it is an alternative to the financially subsidised internships of the Department of Social Sciences and Philosophy.
