On this course, the students get to know the fundamentals of project planning, project management, and project implementation. In addition, this course will enable students’ understanding of how to apply various concepts and theories in the areas of language, communication, and globalization within real life multilingual contexts. In consultation with clients from various sectors, students as members of teams, will plan, execute and produce project deliverables for a project. The course highlights how students’ knowledge occurs not just through text but comes from a variety of modalities.

Assessment details
Passing the course requires completion of all required assignments in line with stated learning outcomes. An 80% attendance requirement is applied. Grade-specific assessment criteria are introduced in the course.
Learning outcomes
After completing the course, the students will be able to:
- Effectively understand how concepts and theories are applied, adjusted and realized within an actual working life context.
- Critically assess and reflect on the different stages of project management from the perspective of a team member.
- Produce the deliverables stipulated by the project such as project plan, project reports, and the end product, taking into consideration the goal and user group of the project.
- Develop their professional skills in the interface of theory and practice.
- Recognize and evaluate their different career options and professional skills stemming from their practical experience.
- Will be able to efficiently engage in teamwork.
