Content

During the course, students make significant progress in writing their thesis and agree upon its completion. The course includes discussing the personal study plan.

Completion methods

Taught seminar, study plan, writing chapters of the master’s thesis, presentation in the seminar and peer review.

Assessment criteria

At least 80% participation in seminar meetings, writing a research plan and at least one chapter of the thesis and presenting it in the seminar, participation in discussion and peer review.

Learning outcomes

After completing the course, the student will:

  • have made significant progress with writing their thesis
  • be able to explain how and when their thesis will be completed
  • be familiar with the processes involved in preparing and examining the master’s thesis and
  • manage the interaction between different areas of academic expertise.
