KEMA239 Laboratory Work in Organic Chemistry (4 cr)
Tweet text
Description
The laboratory experiments comprise organic synthesis according to instructions. The student gets acquainted with the most common organic chemistry practices and analysis methods (spectroscopic and chromatographic).
Learning outcomes
Working life skills
- project management skills: planning of work stages, responsibility for one's own work
- safe laboratory working
- basics in synthetic chemistry
- analysis and reporting of results
Additional information
Kaikkien harjoitustöiden opintopisteissä on huomioitu töihin liittyvät ennakkovalmistelut (työohjeeseen tutustuminen ja töihin liittyvät kirjallisuushaut), käytännön työskentely laboratoriossa sekä työselostuksen kirjoittaminen.
