IHMJ3105 Introduction to Phenomenography (1–2 cr)
Description
Introduction to Phenomenography provides an overview of the phenomenography through both literature and a practical workshop. The course consists of a pre-task, workshop, and post-task. The pre-task asks participants to read given method literature and synthesize the readings into a concise writing about the phenomenography as a research approach. The workshop is a four-hour session consisting of a short briefing on the phenomenography, performing phenemonographic analysis in groups, and reflective discussions. In the post task, participants advance their pre-task writing about the phenomenography and complement it with reflections from the analyses conducted during the workshop.
