Description

During the course, the students work in small groups to analyze business cases related to strategy and entrepreneurship. The course is applied in the sense that the students are not given any specific frameworks, but need to apply what they have learned from other courses.

Learning outcomes

After completing the course, the students should be able to analyze business case, develop recommendations, and communicate these through presentations. This includes particularly:

· Analysis and identification of problems when incomplete information is presented about a case

· Applying financial analysis to business cases

· Developing and evaluating alternative courses of actions including their financial implications

· Presentation of analysis and recommendations verbally in a convincing manner and defending the recommendations when challenged

· Work as a team effectively under time pressure

· Be able to answer unanticipated questions about business problems in a logical and convincing way
