Description

Supervised laboratory work is an introduction to experimental research in laboratory environment gives practice in the use of experimental methods and equipment independently and safely as well as in cooperation while working in an expert group.

Learning outcomes

After the course, students will be able to

  • work independently and safely in the laboratory as well as take responsibility of their and others occupational safety and health
  • guide others in the use of experimental methods and/or testing devices
  • ask instructions and guidance from the laboratory community
  • work cooperatively in the laboratory.

Additional information

The course credits are given based on the number of working hours in the laboratory (1 credit equals 27 h of laboratory work).
