Description
During
course sessions, identification of certain taxonomic groups of organisms and
their basic biology and ecology are learnt.
Learning outcomes
After completing this course, the student should be able to
· describe the most important morphological characteristics of the taxonomic groups in question, as well as the most important points that should be taken into account when identifying individuals of these groups.
· properly handle samples of each group of organisms and is able to identify individuals to species or other reasonable taxonomical level.
describe the main features of biology, ecology and species diversity in these organism groups.Additional information
Sessions are organized according to separate announcements in the evening hours (16-20).

Basic level courses of species knowledge.
