Animal and plant evolutionary ecology, including optimality, game theory, conflicts, mating strategies, parental care, seasonality and life history strategies.


Learning outcomes

After completing the course, the student:
  • can describe and discuss the main theories in evolutionary ecology and behavior evolution
  • can search independently one important study area in evolutionary ecology, and describe the theoretical and practical development and critically evaluate the study area
