Memory organisation management theories, leadership strategies, financial management criteria.

Learning outcomes

After completing the course, the student will:

  • be able to plan, implement and report on a research project
  • recognise the processes and principles related to their own expertise and leadership
  • be able to assess the importance of human resource management in the activities of organisations.
