This module focuses on the strategic and consulting role of communication in organizations and trains to conduct a strategic, research-based communication plans.
Learning outcomes
After completion of the course the student
- has in-depth understanding on how communication professional can take part in the strategic planning process of an orgnaization
- understands how organizational strategies are created and can apply communication strategies to the strategy of an organization
- is able to utilize communication strategically in order to solve problems of an organization
