Description
Content
To familiarise the students with basic skills and teaching of cross country skiing. Waxing the skies, classic style and skating style in cross country skiing.
Completion methods
Lectures (2 hours), practical exercises (18 h). Maximum group size is 20.
Assessment details
Presence in all lessons is required for completing the course. The student will be assessed on the basis of active participation, group behaviour and positive attitude towards the subject to be taught, the teacher and other course participants during the lessons.
