Description
Content
In this course students will assess and discuss their own expertise and working life skills in relation to their own career goals. The focus will be on recognising one’s own knowledge and skills, as well as getting familiar with the requirements of working life for language experts. The course involves doing a personal study plan for each student at the beginning of first year.

Independent study, contact teaching (group meetings), completing a personal study plan and an e-portfolio

Learning outcomes
After completing the course the student
- has developed an understanding of her/his own expertise and working life skills and is able to document them in an e-portfolio
