Content
The course will introduce students to the use of genetic data in research in ecology and evolutionary biology using computer programs for studying population genetic (genomic) structure and diversity, phylogenetic analyses, and comparative transcriptomics. The course includes lectures; demonstrations and computer-based practical exercises for genetic data analysis; as well as independent and group interpretation tasks.
