Content

Introduction to neuronal network and systems level neuroscience methods. The course will cover the basic methods of cognitive and behavioral neuroscience, experimental designs, and applying signal processing in data analysis.

Assessment is based on weekly assignments done in groups on 1-5 scale.

Learning outcomes

After completing the course students know the principles of experimental designs and are able to critically evaluate research reports. Students also understand basic concepts related to processing of neural signal and how this information can be used in the context of cognition.
