Content
The lab tasks are connected to the theoretical backgound of BENA2017. The students will do experiments on growth factor signaling and membrane traffic using microscopy and biochemical measurements.

Laboratory work.
Assessment details
Attendance is compulsory. Grading is based on working in laboratory, seminar, laboratory logbook and report. More specific assessment criteria will be given at the beginning of the course.
Learning outcomes
The student will learn to cultivate cells for experiments. From the experiments, the student will learn the functioning and connections of membrane traffic and cell signaling. The student will also learn the basics of light and fluorescence microscopy.
