Content

This study module introduces to processes relevant for organizational crises and corporate reputation, and teaches how to better fulfill the related consultant role within the organization.

Open University:

Assessment details

Accepted completion of the designated assignments. The assessment criteria of the course is specified in the study program annually.

Learning outcomes

On successful completion of this module, the student:
- understands the formation of organizational reputation among audiences
- understands the significance of crises for reputation
- is able to measure the reputation and interpret the results for strategic development of the organization.
