Assessment details

Typically as follows: grade 0 <35 %, 1 35-45 %, 2 45-55 %, 3 55-65 %, 4 65-75 % ja 5 >75 % of the maximum points (the scale depends on the degree of exam difficulty).

Learning outcomes

The student is familiar with the general concept related to carbohydrate chemistry and can name the basic carbohydrates and their common derivatives. In addition, the student knows the basic reactions of carbohydrates as well as the usual industrial utilization of carbohydrates.
