The assessment of the maturity essay will be based on the topic of their thesis and mastery of academic writing conventions.

Learning outcomes

The Maturity examination is linked to the Master’s thesis, and can be taken after completion of the thesis. Its purpose is to assess students’ abilities and knowledge in the areas of the thesis, and their academic English writing skills. The examination covers both theoretical and empirical aspects of the thesis study as well as English writing skills.
