Learning outcomes
Upon completion of the course, students will
- have a fuller understanding of the main concepts of creativity and innovation in relationship to education and leadership, and as general work-life skills
- know how to take into account different perspectives on creativity and innovation, such as those of the individual, team, structure, culture, and leadership elements of the organization
- be able to analyse their own thinking and behavioural styles in relation to creativity and innovation, and to develop and enhance their thinking and behaviour in support of these objectives
