Theories of organisational change and change management in terms of organizational greening and proenvironmental behavior. Managing organizational greening as a continuous change and improvement process. The features of various environmental management system standards and guidelines and their appropriateness to different organisations. Environmental management systems and certification

Learning outcomes
Explain social scientific concepts and theories about organisational change and the management of change and analyse factors underlying these processes
Demonstrate understanding of environmental management systems as tools for managing organizational greening
Apply concepts and theories to practical problems of organizational greening as a change process
Present a reflective understanding of this body of knowledge in written and spoken forms, expressed as follows: reflexive understanding of the greening process; how to produce an initial environmental review; how to plan and implement an environmental audit; how to produce documents and reports for environmental management system purposes.
