Sisältö
Työelämässä vaadittava osaaminen, oppiminen ja luovuus sekä työssä oppimista kuvaavat erilaiset teoreettiset lähestymistavat.
Suoritustavat
Kontaktiopetukseen osallistuminen ja/tai itsenäinen työskentely, oppimistehtävät ja/tai tentti. Suoritustavat tarkentuvat vuosittain opetusohjelmassa.
Arviointiperusteet
Aktiivinen osallistuminen ja oppimistehtävien/tentin tekeminen hyväksytysti. Arviointiperusteet voivat vaihdella suoritustavoittain ja ne tarkennetaan lukuvuosittain opetusohjelmassa.

Opintojakson suoritettuaan opiskelija
- osaa luonnehtia oppimisen ja osaamisen luonnetta sekä luovuuden merkitystä tulevaisuuden työelämässä
- tuntee keskeiset työssä oppimista kuvaavat teoreettiset lähestymistavat
- osaa soveltaa työssä oppimista kuvaavia malleja muuttuvissa työelämän käytänteissä yksilö-, työyhteisö- ja organisaatiotasoilla
