Content
Cultural approach in organization studies. Gender in understanding organizational realities. Women in management. Age, ethnicity and minority issues in management. Diversity management practices.
Completion methods
1) Exam based on the reading material will include two alternative questions based on each of the textbook. Altogether three short esseys are required at the exam. Exams are during autumn semester 2nd period and spring semester 4th period.
2) Essay written based on the reading material.
