Content
This course examines the importance of communication as an enabler of change in organizations in the global environment where changing stakeholder views require responsiveness. The aim is to get familiar with the processes of public stakeholder interaction and its analysis.

Accepted completion of the designated assignments. The assessment criteria of the course is specified in the study program annually.

After completing this course the student
- will understand how change in the global environment requires new strategies and approaches for conducting communication
- is able to identify the parties to a public debate and stakeholder goals and expectations, as well as to explore the construction of a conversation
- can do a thematic or content analysis to measure and interprete the public debate in online media
