Manuscript reviews (30%), final project (70%) (4 ECTS credits)

On successful completion of this course, student is able to
- describe and explain theoretical approaches and identify factors associated with group processes
- critically examine the different existing approaches in the study of group dynamics
- critically assess the validity of leadership theories
- implement strategies for team building and problem-solving situations
