vocabulary studies from the point of view of teaching and learning English as a second/foreign language. Overview & development + current situation. Various strategies and methods of learning and teaching vocabulary. Analysis on learner texts from the point of view of vocabulary and applying a chosen teaching method in teaching vocabulary in practice

Readings, pair/group work, analysing learner texts, designing and carrying out a teaching experiment in pairs or in small groups.
Assessment details
Active participation in class, teaching experiment and final paper.
