Course covers some basic methods used in the computer-aided drug discovery. During the project work, the learned methods are employed in the discovery of drug candidates.

Learning outcomes

After the completion of the course, student:
1. Understands the strengths and weaknesses of cadd methods
2. Masters the usage of basic skills in CADD with linux OS
3. Can act as a member of team to reach a common goal
4. Can present interactively the research results
