Description
Content
During the course the students will learn the basics of invasive and non-invasive techniques of imaging brain activity. Main focus will be on human EEG and MEG recording techniques.
Completion methods
Lectures, demonstrations and laboratory work.
Assessment details
Take-away exam. After the lectures, the students are given 10 questions to which they have two weeks time to answers. Assesement on scale 1-5
Learning outcomes
After completing the course students are able to understand benefits and pitfalls of different tools measuring brain activity, topics where they can be applied and ethical issues involved.

CIBA110 Anatomy and physiology of the central and autonomic nervous system or corresponding knowledge
